Delete your account
You can delete your account and all of its data at any time, either inside the app or by writing to us. You can also ask us for a copy of your data, or to correct it.
In the app
Open Settings, scroll to Danger zone, and tap Delete account & data. You will be asked to confirm. Deletion happens immediately and cannot be undone.
From the web
Email [email protected] from the address your account is registered to, with the subject Delete my account. Tell us which app the account is for. We verify the request comes from the account holder, then delete the account within thirty days.
Other privacy requests
To ask what personal information we hold about you, request a copy of it, or have something corrected, email [email protected] from your registered address with the subject Privacy request. Say which app the account is for and what you would like us to do.
We verify that the request comes from the account holder before we act on it, and we respond within thirty days. There is no charge. If we cannot do what you have asked, we will tell you why.
What gets deleted
Your profile and display name, your quest history including completions and skips, your experience points, streaks and badges, your notification preferences and push tokens, your group memberships, and every photo you uploaded.
Groups you created are deleted along with your account. Tell us beforehand if you would rather a group survive, and we will transfer it.
What we keep
We keep nothing tied to your account. Correspondence you have sent us is retained separately so we have a record of the request, and backups are overwritten on their normal rotation. Neither is used to rebuild your account.

If you are unsure whether deletion is what you want, write to [email protected] before deleting — an account cannot be recovered afterwards.
